Facilitate grants to support local artist
And much, much more.
LET’S SOAR
The Wings Mural has been beautifully weatherized and installed
near the Cook Library and gazebo in the city park. Children
attending art classes one summer each painted feathers and
incorporated them all into a giant set of wings.
